Shipping policy

Shipping & Processing

We currently only ship to the United States at this time. Please keep in mind that shipping could potentially be delayed due to COVID-19. 

Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated. Made to order earrings and bows may take up to 5-10 business days to ship. Made to order paci clips and lanyards can take up to 14 days to ship after we order custom materials. All orders are shipped through USPS and tracking for each order with the email provided. 

Made to order signs can take up to 14-21 days to complete depending on complexity of order. 

If your order is returned to sender, once the package is returned to us your package can be reshipped after reshipment fees have been paid (this would be the price of the shipping option you chose at checkout). If you choose to be refunded instead, you will be refunded the total of your purchase minus the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. 

Local Pickup

If you are local to Christiansburg, VA, we offer local contactless porch pickup. If you choose this option, use the discount code "PICKUP" at checkout to waive any applicable shipping fees. Please leave the best way to contact you for when your order is ready in the notes section at checkout. I will be in contact with you regarding pickup once your order is ready. 

Delayed & Lost Packages 

We are not held responsible for lost packages. If you believe your package is lost, please file a claim with USPS. Once the package has been claimed by the postal services, Crafts by Monica is no longer responsible for it. If your package is delayed, we follow all recommended guidelines by USPS. We will ask for you to file a missing mail report with the USPS. Please keep in mind that the tracking information you have is the same information that we have. Any additional information needed would need to go through the postal service, not Crafts by Monica. 

 Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and send pictures for a replacement. I do my best to check each item, but if there is ever an issue, please feel free to contact me!
